[ ] The result of test_gene_protein_reaction_rule_presence is normalized by the total amount of reactions which includes pseudo and boundary reactions.
[ ] The result of test_gene_protein_reaction_rule_presence only EXCLUDES boundary reactions but not biomass reactions.

Both make 100% GPR coverage unrealistic.
