Problem description

Please explain:

• what you tried to achieve, I tried to upload my metabolic model of an m1 cell in the sbml format
• how you went about it (referring to the code sample), and Just selected the file
• why the current behaviour is a problem and what output you expected instead.

Do you mean that the upload of your model failed because the time limit was exceeded? Is the model file very large and/or are you on a very slow internet connection?

Yes, that was the error I received. And yes, the model file is very large. What is the size capacity for memote at the moment?

Up to 25 MB should be possible but it seems we are not allowing enough time at the moment. I will try to increase the setting. In the meantime, have you tried to run memote locally?
