I can not upload a model to memote web site #746

Problem description

Please explain:

I tried to upload a genome scale metabolic model in its sbml form to http://memote.io/, *However an error occured and i couldn't upload the model.

Could you paste the exact error and if possible share the model to reproduce the issue. Without more information it is difficult to debug the error.

Dear @pkocabas80,

The memote service is currently down. I will contact @phantomas1234 to see if we can bring it back up. In the meantime, if you install memote in a Python environment, I am able to run

memote report snapshot MODEL1612130000_url.xml

without problems (lots of SBML warnings, though).

@Midnighter looks like the Google cluster needs some API upgrades to be compatible with Kubernetes updates that were rolled out. I am not sure I'll be able to fix this as I am not really sure where to start with this 😢
