Add shared Text Edit and Spreadsheet to app choices #14

This is already possible through the admin classrooms/app/. Please note Google Docs that are embedded are only refreshed every 5 minutes. This is a "feature" of Google's embed caching that google has included by design.

We will be looking into adding dynamic text apps that refresh faster than Google Docs.

Using https://testapp.centrepreville.org/ and https://alternativeto.net/, we can find applications that are compatible with our app embedding.

Etherpad looks promising but has a cookie issue.

Airborn is another good option https://www.airborn.io. The Demo though is blocking embedding but it's open source.

Framapad seems like a good choice as well (https://framapad.org/en/) , it's based off of Etherpad and the demo is running on the test website. Just a point to note is that the website seems to be mainly in french.

For spreadsheets EtherCalc (https://ethercalc.net/) seems like a good solution the demo is also working on the test website. Grist (https://docs.getgrist.com/doc/new~vCnktmsQAz446L16oSAs75) seems like a good solution as well, the demo is also working.

Another potential solution for the text editor could be cryptpad (https://cryptpad.fr/) it is working in the test app however it is to be noted that this is not open source.

Cryptopad appears to be a great product! A key feature of CryptoPad's collaboration functionality is that your data is encrypted before it is sent to the server and your collaborators. Compromised servers contain encrypted data that is of little value to hackers.
