Task 7- Image manipulation #32

We at opencode are very lazy. And we need to print certificates for you guys. For that we need to make a certificate with your name on it.

Write a script that will take an Image and a csv file / txt file and generate a certificate(location of text to be placed should be a variable) .

File with names of people.

Implementation in diffrent langauges get more points. Submit like others.

File will be like Name1 Name 2 Name 3 Name 4 .
