Chrome: connect front end and backend

Using chrome's messaging api. Write a init function in script.js that will get the allContest array from background.js and display them using display contest function. Also the timer should be be started using the time from the result of nextContests function from background.js.

Also write an init function in background.js to call update function every hour.
