Fix install path issues #85

This PR fixes #82 and uses the second approach mentioned in the issue

Can you clarify slightly? It says 564 files changed. I guess almost all of these are actually just file renames? For some reason, github is not showing these. Then I see 18 files where the #include paths changed. I kind of which github showed the renamed files, but it's not, so I'm confused.

Never mind. github was just slow to load the whole page.
