Fix boost linking error #26

@misgeatgit it's seemingly not the right fix, see discussion https://github.com/opencog/attention/issues/25.

However if nobody gets a clue how to properly fix it maybe it's better to merge this for the time being.

This same fix was just merged in #28. What we really need is someone who understand python to maintain the python bindings.
