Make dies #19

On Ubuntu 16.04 x64 everything in building apparently works, and make dies with

I'm using cmake 3.5.1 and gcc 5.4.0

What am I doing wrong?

Okay, I cloned the whole cluster directory to my SOM, which helped. I have no idea why it didn't get cloned there in the first place.
