added atomspace-rocks, fixed build issue with link-grammar and flex #170

I'm disabling the java tests

The only java tests I know of are in relex, and about 1/3rd of them fail; this is normal. In the long term, relex has to be made obsolete and removed from the pipeline, but this is a far more complex conversation for some other time & place.
