[link-grammar] multi-thread test fails if built from another derivation that has enableParallelChecking=false #60

When building link-grammar from cogserver or atomspace which have enableParallelChecking=false because of 34#comment, link-grammar test fails.

I tried explicit enableParallelChecking=true from link-grammar but it is ignored.
