This PR contains a code base for an example usage of the ROCCA agent in minecraft.

I've reviewed your PR, @tanksha, it's super clean overall, the only missing thing is a section in the exemples/README.md with subsections such as Description, Status, Usage and Requirements, like for the other examples.

Also, since you managed to resurrect the Chase Malmo example, if you could update the Section Chase Malmo as well, in case it needs any, that would be great. Thanks.
