I fixed the store action dispatch tests, but I don't get why two failure messages have changed. @asood123 @arnaudbenard ?
creates GET_APPROVAL_KEY_FOR_USER_FAILURE if it fails
creates CONFIRM_APPROVAL_KEY_FAILURE if it fails
