Password reset should redirect me #166

Just reset my password and was expecting to get redirected to my account page. It just stayed at screen shot 2016-04-13 at 4 49 40 pm

It would be nice not to have to manually go type in opencollective.com again.

Hey Andrew, good to have you here. Thanks for taking the time to write this issue. I agree, we should redirect the user to the homepage of the app.
