create an open collective payment method for host #1264

Marco, the following host : /wpsyd-host (ID 8708) is an old one and they are now reactivating, they need an open collective payment method. Can you please add one? Thanks!

We still need to add an open collective payment method to this collective.

@piamancini looking at the db it seems that they already have it: The Payment Method 8381 is service opencollective and type collective

Queries I used:

select * from "Collectives" where slug='wpsyd-host'; --id 8708
select * from "PaymentMethods" where "CollectiveId"=8708;

They have 2 Payment methods: 1) service opencollective and type collective 2) service paypal
