Sign-in emails can take a long time to arrive #4385

Some users report that their sign-in emails are taking way too long to arrive (~30 minutes+). It's still unclear why this problem might occur (a misconfiguration of Mailgun? the reputation of our domain?) but we should start documenting these cases to better understand the pattern.

Since this issue was created, we worked on many aspects to improve our reputation such as DMARC, DKIM and SPF configurations. And also added a dedicated IP address.
