Add time, date, and venue to event ticket PDF receipts #6695

User story

As person who has purchased a event ticket, I can look at my tickets PDF receipt and see the time, date and venue of the event so that it is clear what the time date and venue of the event is

As an event organiser who has sold ticket for lots of events with similar (or even identical) names, I can ask people who have bought tickets to show me their tickets' PDF receipt and I can see the time, date and venue of the event so that it is clear what the time date and venue of the event their PDF ticket receipt is for (e.g. when asking for proof of tickets on the door)

Best solution for this problem

Add time, date, and venue to event tickets PDF receipts

It would also be good if the number of tickets purchased was displayed, ideally with a Ticket Number associated with each ticket. That way people who purchase multiple tickets for themselves and their friends could share the PDF receipt with their friends and tell their friends which Ticket Number to quote on the door

@jdaviescoates The number of tickets is already displayed, though we don't yet have an associated per-ticket unique identifier.

Event date & time added in https://github.com/opencollective/opencollective-pdf/pull/920. We still need to add the location.
