Support for African payment processors (i.e. PayStack)

Who is your user?

African collectives and fiscal hosts.

What are they trying to achieve?

Allow for fiscal hosts and collectives based in Africa to receive money via the OC platform. As of right now, only Stripe is supported as a way for people to receive funds through OC, which means no African countries are currently supported.

One potential option is PayStack, which has a relationship with Stripe. Through PayStack, payments would be possible from Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa, and would also potentially allow us to accept funds via various mobile money platforms (M-Pesa, Mobile Money, etc.)

While this is a feature that has been requested by specific users, as someone working on creating a fiscal host in Africa, this would be essential.

When administering a fiscal host or independent collective based in Africa, I want to accept contributions via payment processor, so I can raise funds without having to rely solely on bank transfers

How are they currently doing this?

Currently, people have the option to:

accept money via manual bank transfer
work with a non-African fiscal host
