Hi @gniezen! Thanks for the PR, and sorry for the delay in the response. Unfortunately, this list is focused specifically in companies in the sense of for-profit organizations -- see the definition here:

An open company is defined, for the purposes of this list, as a for-profit organization whose core practices are guided by principles of openness, transparency and interoperability.

For that reason, I will close this PR -- I'm sure you'll understand. Cheers!
