I'm trying to figure out how PageCDN fits the definition of an open company. Note that it's not sufficient to offer a free tier for open source projects — if that was the bar, many companies like GitHub, Travis, etc. would fit the definition, which dilutes the intent of this list.
Instead, we're trying to focus on companies whose product itself is open, and that exercise high levels of transparency in their operation. Please review these guidelines and let me know if you can clarify how PageCDN meets those criteria.
