Add The Open Organization to the list of books #59

This is fantastic book that goes really in-depth about open-organizations and companies, written by Red Hay CEO. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about open-source companies.

There's also a different, community edition of the book, written by employees and contributors which can be downloaded for free.

Thanks. Seems the companion book "The Open Organization Field Guide" has no link on "The Open Organization" page. Would it make sense to add it along here?

Some side notes, Red Hat was acquired by IBM in 2019. The author of the book "The Open Organization", Mr. Whitehurst, steps down as president at IBM in July 2021, just 14 months after taking the role.

Hey @nobodxbodon, just added the link to that book as well. One more book I recommend is Working in Public: The Making and Maintenance of Open Source Software by Nadia Egbal.
