Change Gratipay to Liberapay #179

The current site includes many pointers to Gratipay, which does not exist any more. I updated all pointers to Liberapay.

@galuszkak is the build process for the website automated or do we have to deploy it manually?

I'm wondering if we should switch to GitHub Pages to make the process seamless.
