hold monthly call for January #61

We had a kick-off organizers Hangout in December. At that meeting we scheduled a follow-on for Friday, January 17 at 19:30 UTC. I'll post the Hangout link here when it's time, so watch this issue if you're interested in joining.

Let's also work on our agenda on this ticket.

Decided that the metrics listed above are ones we want to pay attention to, but we're not going to set hard goals for March. We want this to grow organically and not be forced. The goal is to have a prototype of a model to present at the Summit.
