Table in section 5.1 Timing for 1-4GHz should say "No" Termination (<1mm) #41

Table in section 5.1 Timing for 1-4GHz should say "No" Termination. That would make it consistent with the assertion that for electrically short links termination is not necessary, similar to section 1.2.1.2.
