changed BoW Basic and BoW Fast to BoW-32,64,128,256
rewritten the parts that treated BoW as Tx+Rx pairs to simply define the
BoW PHY slice
deleted the signals and shift register maps copied from AIB
pruned a lot of redundant stuff
We agreed months ago that control would be in a controller via I2C
and that the controller could reside on a chiplet or somewhere else.
We recently talked about using MIIM (now MDIO) as the on-chip control
register interface to the PHY.
We still need to decide: Does control of the PHY go direct from some
I2C bumps dedicated to the BoW PHY, or does it come from the Link layer?
