Topology required to run SAI PTF tests #1141

@lguohan I'd like to run SAI PTF test on Ruijie's platform, but can't find topology in https://github.com/opencomputeproject/SAI/tree/master/test/saithrift. Would you please tell me the topoloy? Thanks a lot.

@tim-rj what's the current testing status? you need to use the ptf topology to run the SAI PTF test. actually, you can make some change on the topology configurations, for sai testing, it always requires the ports are up and no default configuration interfere the SAI testing, like vlan/portchannel configurations.
