- create 2 PTP external timestamps:
- One generated when the internal PPS of the card is
triggered
- One generated when the GNSS receiver PPS is triggered
- Turn phasemeter into registers only
- phasemeter does not expose external timestamps
corresponding to phase error (obtained by comparing the
2 external timestamps mentionned above)
- Add Orolia flash start address
- Increase num of requested IRQ to 16
