Add possibility to interact with mRO50 using serial interface.

This is not meant to be used for oscillatord at the moment.

Could you please explain the meaning of A/B temperature parameters? It's not clear from code

@vvfedorenko these are the parameters of the internal temperature compensation in the mRO50
