connector holes in Timecard I/O bracket aren't fully located #89

The connector holes in the bracket are dimensioned relatively in the horizontal direction, but are not referenced to any other feature.

Suggest a dimension from the same reference as the 120.04 length dimension.

Fixed in bracket mechanical drawing ("R4006-E0010-03.pdf") in production files in (https://github.com/opencomputeproject/Time-Appliance-Project/blob/master/Time-Card/HW/Production/OCP%20Files.7z)
