experimental timecard v9 resistors R2 and R3 have the wrong values #93

On the PDF of the schematic at least, I cannot check the original.

It looks like R2 and R3 (P5V_MUN_FB) was just copied from R67 and R68 (P3V3_MUN_FB). From the datasheet, the value for R2 and R3 combined should be 147k for 5V output.

The BOM has now been fixed, but the PDF version of the schematic has not.
