Add a triple of Marvell based pegatron models #1023

Add below three models to support ONIE:

  1. Pegatron_dm6218_b: with Marvell Aldrin3 x1 2x40/100GbE QSFP28 ports and 16x10/25GbE SFP28 ports Marvell Octeon CN9130

  2. Pegatron_dm2118_b: with AleyCat5X x1 4x1GbE RJ45, 8x1GbE SFP28 and 6x10/25GbE SFP28 ports Marvell AleyCat5X 98DX3500M

  3. Pegatron_em21t54 with AleyCat5X x1 48x1GbE RJ45 and 6x10/25GbE SFP28 ports Marvell AleyCat5X 98DX3510
