fix app styles: removes horizontal scroll #79

I don't know whether the fix relates to the https://github.com/openconf/jschat/issues/32 because the attached image is not available. Anyway it looks better without horizontal scroll.

Which browser you saw that horizontal scroll? Can you provide some screenshots, please?

32, as I recall was related with 2 instances of iScroll reported by Windows user.
