subinterfaces as vlan members #137

The List /network-instances/network-instance/vlans/vlan/members/ accepts only base interfaces as vlan members. Subinterfaces can be vlan members too.

Should member list should be using an oc-if:interface-ref-state (or oc-if:interface-ref-state-container) instead of a oc-if:base-interface-ref-state ?
