New release? #702

Hi,

I just hit https://github.com/opencontainers/runtime-tools/pull/676 again when updating vendor dependencies for a tool, because runtime-tools hasn't had a release since then. Any chance we can get one?

Now, two years later, any chance to have a new release? -- I've started backporting single patches for Debian, and would really rather not...

Better late than never, I have created a draft v0.10.0 release from the current HEAD.

That link above gives me a 404 ?

It's a "draft" release -- the pinged maintainers group should be able to view it. (It LGTM, fwiw.)
