Ignore the *.t files because of compiled files. #714

Is there a reason not to ignore its?

I think the fix in https://github.com/opencontainers/runtime-tools/pull/732 is better as those *.t files are only under validate subdir.

It's a pity though that no one is looking into PRs in this repo, thus making people work on issues that are already fixed :-\
