Could Masonry or ComplianceKit be extended to support this natively?

The first step is extracting the content from an excel spreadsheet, where compliance information all hiding in Federal agencies.
I provided a link to python-excel tools an libraries as bait to get a python programmer interested.

Bump
We need to be able to import/export opencontrol YAML into such tools as RiskVision.
A sample RiskVision spreadsheet is located here, as well as recommendations on expanding the YAML scheme to accompdate the three response types ( text / single option / multiple-option)
