Provide info on roll over #6

When you go over a project or a plan there could be some more details available. For example,

on Project boards, it could show the number of plans included and/or the hours needed.
on Plan boards, it could show hours done out of planned ones e.g. 5/15 or assignees.

These info could be shown also by default on the board it self.
