For discussion: Which date should be recorded in the field date_paid? From a workload point of view, entering the date of invoice would be more manageable - from a cost logic point of view, the date of cash flow is the more important one (budget year breaks, etc.). Couldn't both dates be recorded to avoid misunderstandings? For example, it would be possible to define two optional date fields, one of which would then be mandatory. Other possible dates would be: accepted date, submitted date, published date.
