Thank you for your question. There is already the possibility to enter "blog post" in COAR: Cf. https://vocabularies.coar-repositories.org/resource_types/c_6947/ . But if I understand you correctly, you suggest an addition of "blog" and thus additional differentiation of "blog" and "blog post"? We assume that COAR's vocabularies are in a constant working and updating process and can and should be supplemented in this way. We are happy to pass on feedback to COAR (see also feedback form: https://www.coar-repositories.org/feedback-form-vocabularies/). Of course, further differentiations are always possible, which are not covered in this framework and have to be answered by "Other".
