Contract cotst types #56

The current proposal for the the contracts schema we added several cost types associated with the contract as such. Currently we allow for

I'd propose to rename publishing -> publish to be more in line with the other terms.

Additionally, we need a new term for the fees in contracts with pure OA publishers (sometimes called membership, but membership is clearly the wrong word for a contract with a company).

IMHO explicitly mentioning MPDL (= just some random company) would be a bit too German and too specific.

But indeed something along the line of payment fee as we have it for individual articles sounds plausible.

As for the publshing -> publish: this is already implemented in the current schema. I think we sorted it out during a finalization where we cross checked all vocabulary terms to unify and align them. cf.
