OpenCost UI should support multi-aggregation #9

The API supports aggregated responses (ie. namespace,pod) and the web UI will render it if you edit the URL directly (ie. http://localhost:1234/?agg=namespace,pod), it just doesn't have the option to configure it through the UI.
