"OK" and "Cancel" buttons missing from radar types selection

When accessed though Settings -> plugins-> radar -> select types, I get the OK and Cancel buttons at the bottom of the popup/modal as expected:

However when acessing through the PPI menu I note the bottom of the popup/modal is trimmed:

and when selecting advanced -> preferences -> select type .. the buttons are reduced to zero height and unclickable:

I would add the popup/modal is not resizeable, so I can't just drag the corner to reveal more space for the buttons.
