The "BadgeOS Community Add-on" integrates BadgeOS features into BuddyPress and bbPress. Site members complete achievements and earn badges based on a range of community activity and triggers. This add-on to BadgeOS also includes the ability to display badges and achievements on user profiles and activity feeds.
This is a bit of a tough one to debug and pin down.
The meets requirements method in the Community Addon is returning false when BuddyPress is network activated, and BadgeOS/Community Addon are single site activated.
I set up email triggers inside that if/else statement and got mostly "no" emails from the else portion. However, I got one "yes" email as well, which is odd and not consistent.

I believe once we have this figured out and solved in a more solid way, we can let http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-doesnt-work-35?replies=12#post-4783421 know.
