Support "BuddyPress Follow" #57

Support the BuddyPress follow plugin by adding BadgeOS triggers for receiving a new follower.

We'll consider it. Not sure if we want to venture outside of the core BuddyPress/bbPress plugins themselves. Needs internal discussion.

As I need this for a project, I could provide a PR for it if that's OK. Otherwise I would implement it as a separate plugin.

I think it'd be interesting to see an extension to add this, even if Community Addon itself doesn't pull it in. Still could be useful for some.

I created the extension https://github.com/cherbst/BadgeOS-Community-Follow-Extension which adds triggers to the BadgeOS community triggers for receiving a new follower as well as for following a user. This works but I think it would be much better if integrated into this add on.
