Achievement repeating on click "load more"

Issue with the achievements: One of the achievements repeats whenever a user clicks "Load more" in conjunction with all achievements. This does not happen with and it appears that it's just for that achievement only.

Steps to Reproduce

Integration with Learndash LMS: https://www.learndash.com/

Checks made:

Student has achieved the badge only once
Checked that the badge/achievement has only been added once in the back end
Achievement can only be achieved once
This is the only achievement that appears this way on the front end
We've checked with both already having achieved and as a student who has not achieved it - the problem still occurs

Actual result:

Expected result:

Achievement should not be repeated?
