Notification bar menu audio toggle button stuck on "sound on" mode #242

Phone (Int/AT&T/etc.): AT&T
Radio: Latest AT&T
Hacks/Mods used: None
Kernel: The included one

What is the expected behavior?
The toggle button in the pull down notification bar menu lets you switch
between "sound on" "vibrate" "sound completely off" etc

What is the actual behavior?
Tapping it while in any mode other than "sound on" sets it to it, and if in
that mode, the button wont go to any other setting. Wiping caches and
reinstalling the rom seem to do nothing. Only possible error on my end that I
can think of is that on first boot after update, I spammed that toggle button
and realized it stuck.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Beta 2 over the wifi fix build (maybe not important)
2.spam that toggle button (maybe also not important)
3.observe error

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

Possible workarounds:

Did you enable some modes on Settings -> CM Settings -> Interface -> Power
widget settings -> Widget buttons -> Sound modes? If you didn't, that's it.

Yes, that was it, never had to do that before. Sorry for making you play tech
support, I'm not a noob I swear, could've sworn it was some sort of issue =/

Great work on beta 2 by the way, and thanks for keeping up with the bug reports.
