POWERSAVE and PERFOMANCE mode

CM Release (NO NIGHTLIES!): Ba2tF build (Beta 3) & other official CM7 with 
android 2.3.7 (not 2.3.5)

What is the expected behavior?
In the menu settings=>CaynogenMod settings Perfomance=> CPU i can setting is 
select the mode of the device POWERSAVE or PERFOMANCE.

What is the actual behavior?
After flashing the device with any version Caynogenmod with Android 2.3.7 In 
the menu settings=>CaynogenMod settings Perfomance=> CPU setting is not 
possible to select the mode of the device POWERSAVE or PERFOMANCE.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change of a kernel 
2.Change of a radio
3.restore PDSFIX

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)
Yes, it happens on every type of flashing of Cyanogen thus far.

Why some other atrix with NO NIGHTLIES! CM (android 2.3.7) have this option 
change?
