Wake up with volume rockers and change song #284

What is the expected behavior?
Skip current song when long pressing volume rocker while screen is off, and 
wake up device while short pressing volume rocker.

What is the actual behavior?
The device only wakes up when pressing volume rockers.
Totally overrides the skip song feature.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable both "skip song" and "wake up" volume rockers tweaks. Play a song, 
lock your screen, press volume rocker/s.

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)
