Phone occasionally freezes #302

Radio:N_01.77.30P
CM Release (NO NIGHTLIES!):Beta 3
Hacks/Mods used:unlocked bootloader, the cwm recommended, faux's overclock 
kernel
Kernel:faux's 1.45 overclock kernel

What is the expected behavior? For phone to not freeze when receiving text 
messages. Didn't happen on old roms with the same overclock. No undervoltaging

What is the actual behavior? Few times a day my phone will freeze upon 
receiving a text message, usually happens if i'm currently doing something on 
the phone and a text comes in. Phone becomes unresponsive except for the power 
button turns the screen on and off. Have to remove battery to restart phone.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use phone normally
2.receive text message
3.

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)
Yes it still happens

Possible workarounds:
It's possible that it is the overclock responsible, but the same overclock and 
the same voltages had no such problem on my old rom (alien).

Yes, I also experienced this issue with newest weekly build 10-Dec, especially 
on while or after a call.

Ill give 36P radio a try. Currently I'm on N_01.77.30P

Mine freezes after waking it up by power button and slide to unlock. ADB still 
works so I can reboot without removing battery. Will try to get a logcat if it 
happens on 36P

yeah i noticed the reboots only happened in places were i didnt have a 
connection. work bathroom lol, highway etc, because I always car docked it and 
it randomly rebooted.

@liquid this is not a reboot issue being discussed here.

I had a freeze again on 36 . I think it froze when the gingerbread keyboard is 
launchi
