recorded video files report 1000 fps , facebook etc is unable to parse them

What is the expected behavior? When I open the video in mplayer, it shows 
1000fps . Trying to encode this video to other formats fail.

What is the actual behavior? Correct value of the frame rate should be stored 
in the file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Record a video
2.try to open it in mplayer, it will play but will show 1000 fps. trying to use 
mencoder with this video will fail with error 1/1000 fps not supported
3.

Can you reproduce this problem after a complete wipe/factory reset? (do not
restore any apps or settings when testing)

Also if you upload this video to facebook you get blank video and just sound

I'm pretty confident the last time I checked FPS on an Atrix video it had a 
sane value. As I also see your mplayer output has quite some error messages and 
"interesting" output (0 kbps?)

Can you try again with a newer mplayer and/or ffmpeg to confirm? According to 
your output, yours dates back from early 2009.

Also, please let us know if this happens with all video qualities or if just 
FullHD video is affected.
